I know it sounds silly, but it was so important to help her feel like she could be mom and killer law clerk extraordinaire at the same time. I'll look up the one we got her, as I know she liked it - she blogged about it here, but doesn't mention the name (http://thdw.blogspot.com/2006/10/36-weeks-part-deux.html)The Marpepps!https://www.blogger.com/profile/12066492309883260327noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3552008288188142238.post-1540711171336760712007-04-14T12:31:00.000-05:002007-04-14T12:31:00.000-05:00Being able to open the top wider, as the first one...Being able to open the top wider, as the first one seems to allow, will be a key feature. That said, I was a minimalist and carried as little as possible.

Do NOT cut back on the spit rags, though. You cannot carry enough of them.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3552008288188142238.post-10566339475916075582007-04-14T12:17:00.000-05:002007-04-14T12:17:00.000-05:00Hey desimom- absolutely! I lived in a major metropolitan area when my son was born and found I needed about 6-8 diapers, two changes of clothes, several bottles of water and formula canisters, toys, a blanket, wipes, etc., etc., etc. It's a lot. BUT - if you're driving instead of taking the Metro, you can keep spare diapers/wipes/clothes in the boot of your car. You'll probably bring a new pack of diapers to daycare every week. So there are ways around it. The first bag looks really cute. :)

Oh, I'd say the plastic changing mat is really helpful but you'll probably chuck the covered bottle holder (you end up switching them out far too often).PT-LawMomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12003033623703820510noreply@blogger.com
